This also applies to transformation. After the first step, many more follow. Like a marathon, there are no shortcuts in transformation; you have to consistently follow the transformation to the end and not let it come to nothing.<\/p>\n<p>It may well be that more than one path leads to the goal. It is therefore even more important that the chosen path is pursued consistently. Until one reaches the goal or realizes that this path does not lead to the goal. So there we have a marathon with multiple sprints. In the agile way of working or thinking, we can not only establish the error culture (see #6), we can also regularly celebrate successes and milestones reached.<\/p>\n<p>It doesn\u2019t matter how slow you go as long as you don\u2019t stop.
